There are three ways to place an order:

1.  Use the secure shopping cart-For all orders, we accept visa or MasterCard and will add 7% sales tax to all Ohio orders. We screen diligently for credit card fraud.

2.  If you have our catalog or know product number information, use the catalog order form—you may then mail, fax or email this to us.

3.  Call our office and place order at (800) 749-2340.

Pricing
All prices are given in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, however we will let you know before processing the order if a price has increased. For non-credit card orders, payment is due before goods are shipped. Upon check clearing, items will be shipped.

Shipping
Minimal shipping will be charged on all orders. We use UPS ground service and the cost varies depending on what is ordered. If you would like a shipping estimate, please indicate this on the order form. We will ship internationally and bill the buyer's credit card for the postal fees. Packages will be sent insured, when available. Postal Mail and International mail cannot be traced and therefore is the buyer's risk of purchase. If package is not received, we will initiate an inquiry on delivery, however, no refunds will be given.

Returns
McKay Church Goods will allow you to return any item within 30 days of on-line purchase subject to a restock fee (percentage varies-email if you would like exact percentage) with the following exceptions:
1. No CLERGY APPAREL (CLERGY SHIRTS) ARE RETURNABLE.
2. No merchandise shipped internationally may be returned.
3. No custom-order merchandise may be returned.
4. All returns must be authorized by written or telephone consent from McKay’s
   PRIOR to returning.
5. You will receive an RA # to be put on outside of box.
6. Any return sent back without contacting us first, will be returned to customer.
7. Returned goods are subject to our inspection for damages and may be deemed non-returnable. 

Damaged goods
Please examine merchandise upon receipt. If goods are damaged due to shipping, please contact our office the day received and keep all original packing materials and carton.
