They are baked of only pure wheat flour and water and are made strictly without additives.

The breads are sealed minutes after baking and are untouched by human hands.

Cavanagh brand – not the same as shown below in 50/box. These are made using water, garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour and palm oil. The gluten content is 6 parts per million. To be considered gluten-free the gluten content has to be below 20 parts per million. Baking of these hosts is done in a dedicated bakery catering to gluten free items. These gluten-free wafers are considered to be invalid material for the Catholic Mass. Shelf life one year. Cross design.
#GLUTENFREE – 1-3/8″ Completely Gluten Free Hosts, 50/box; Ingredients: Filtered Water, Sweet Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Organic Palm Fruit Oil, Potato Starch, Modified Cellulose, Sunflower Lecithin. *Produced in a facility that also processes sesame* Note: the gluten-free wafers are considered to be invalid material for the Catholic Mass. Shelf life approx. 6 months.
#LOWG – 1-3/8″ Low Gluten Free Hosts, 25/box
These hosts are Approved by the Vatican (the ones shown above are not). Individually wrapped. Ingredients: White light powder, insoluble in fresh water, has a neutral taste and flavor. Done by a specific refining process which allows a quantity of gluten lower than 20 parts per million. Cavanagh brand. Cross design.
