There are three ways to place an order:
- Use the secure shopping cart. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or PayPal and will add 8% sales tax to all Ohio orders that are not a church. We screen diligently for credit card fraud.
- If you have our catalog or know product number information, use the catalog order form—you may then mail, fax or email this to us.
- Call our office and place order at (800) 749-2340.
All prices are given in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, however we will let you know before processing the order if a price has increased. For non-credit card orders, payment is due before goods are shipped. Upon check clearing, items will be shipped.
$10.95 is the default shipping charge, however, this charge may increase depending on item ordered and weight. We will email you ahead of time if the shipping will be more than $10.95. We use the US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS ground service and the cost varies depending on what is ordered. If you would like a shipping estimate, please indicate this on the order form. We will ship internationally and bill the buyer’s credit card for the postal fees. Packages will be sent insured, when available. Postal Mail and International mail cannot be traced and therefore is the buyer’s risk of purchase. If package is not received, we will initiate an inquiry on delivery, however, no refunds will be given.
McKay Church Goods will allow you to return certain items within 30 days of on-line purchase subject to a restock fee (percentage varies-email if you would like exact percentage) with the following exceptions:
- No CLERGY APPAREL IS RETURNABLE, no SLABBINCK items are returnable, no Metal-Ware is returnable. There are other items that also can be deemed non-returnable, please email us if questions.
- No merchandise shipped internationally may be returned.
- No custom-order merchandise may be returned.
- All returns must be authorized by written or telephone consent from McKay’s PRIOR to returning.
- You will receive an RA # to be put on outside of box.
- Any return sent back without contacting us first, will be returned to customer.
- Returned goods are subject to our inspection for damages and may be deemed non-returnable.
- Returned goods will be subject to the ACTUAL EXACT shipping charge we incurred to send the item to you. If we only charge you $10.95 but the shipping is really $25.00, we will deduct the $25.00 from your refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back by a trackable method.
Please examine merchandise upon receipt. If goods are missing or damaged due to shipping, please contact our office within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep all original packing materials and carton. There cannot be a claim if the boxes are discarded prior to notifying us.
