Fire enameled version of the VIII century Tassilo chalice, executed in cloisonné fire enamel, solid 925 sterling silver, 24K gold lined cup.
It features The Messiah and the Four Evangelists on the cup with the inscription in Latin “Per Ipsum, Cum Ipso, In Ipso” (For Him, With Him, In Him) on the base.
Size of chalice is 8″H., cup diameter 4-1/2″, capacity is 20-ounces. Paten is 6-1/2″ diameter.
