McKay Church Goods has helped many churches with their communion rail cushions.

These communion rail cushions are custom made to fit your area.
Curved, angled, or any shape and size can be custom made. Available with buttons or plain.
If you would like reversible cushions, we highly recommend buttons or “tufting” which helps keep the foam in place. If you do not want buttons on reversible cushions, please let us know. Modular’s (wood bottom) usually do not get tufted because of the board on the back side.

2″ foam is standard, but you may upgrade to 2-1/2″ or 3″ foam if you prefer.
You can select modular or reversible cushions at the same price.
Modular cushions have a wood bottom and the fabric is stapled onto it.
Modular cushions have a non-skid base strip permanently attached to the width of the cushion.
This avoids the potential for sliding. We do not use buttons for the modular cushions.
Reversible cushions are a sewn fabric box that can be flipped over.
Reversible cushions can have non-skid strips added for an additional fee.
We recommend buttons for a reversible (no-wood) cushion as the buttons hold the foam and case together.
The buttons are spaced in a 2-2-2 pattern about every 12 to 15-inches. This minimizes the chance of
someone having to kneel on the buttons.
The non-skid strips are not attached to the cushion or the wood.
The strips are just laid down, and the weight of the cushion is what holds it in place.
The weight of someone kneeling on the cushion makes it nearly impossible to move.
Used frequently on tile floors for communion rails and they do not move around or cause issues.
