Pictured is a beautiful custom St. Michael the Archangel statue.
This 7-foot statue was hand carved from Blanca fina solid marble in “fine white” color which is really a soft light grey. Statue weighs in about 3,000 pounds. The artist did an amazing job from a picture of St. Michael!
This statue will be glued by a strong epoxy onto a large base. We do not recommend using rebars on marble statues as the rebars may cause the marble to crack.
The marble was honed which means it has not gone through the polishing process. This results in the stone having a matte appearance, rather than the distinctive shine of polished marble.
We can also quote polished if you prefer.
